These terms do not apply to locally taught classes by facilitators listed on this site.  Please contact the instructor for further details.

Return Policy

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.   [ Contact Us ] to obtain an RMA.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for online courses if the certificate is not accepted by the court for any reason.  Send refund requests in writting to :

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and request a refund if you learn the course will not be accepted by your court.

Delivery Shipping Policy

Items ordered from Courtroom Creations LLC will be shipped within7 business days of completed orders in a method and means at our discretion unless otherwise stated.
